Description of the apartment
A charming, sunny building situated at 30 meters from the beach. This building has gardens and swimming pool.
One 2-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and has a small private garden which also leads onto the swimming pool area.
A second 2-bedroom apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace which overlooks the garden and swimming pool area.
The one bedroom apartments have their own private terrace overlooking the garden area. All apartments have air-conditioning and TV.
They are equipped with 2 sets of bed linen and towels. There is cleaning service at the departure.

- More than 2 months before date of arrival: 100% deposit refund
- Between 1 & 2 months before date of arrival: 50% deposit refund or we can save 100% of the deposit for another reservation within the same year
- Between 2 & 4 weeks before date of arrival: No refund of the deposit
- Less than 2 weeks before date of arrival: Total balance of the booking needs to be paid and we will issue a receipt for you to claim this back from your insurance
