Description of the apartment
Las Vegas is a small block of 10 apartments built around a typical andaluz garden. It is situated at 50 meters from the beach of La Carihuela. It has a quiet, cozy, friendly atmosphere. The apartments have been recently refurbished but still conserve their andaluz flavour. These apartments have a sun roof.
The complex has close circuit cameras.
There are two 2-bedroom apartments and eight studio-apartments.
Each apartment consists of living area, sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.
All have air-conditioning, heating, TV, internet and safe.
There is daily cleaning service with change of sheets twice weekly and towels every second day.
Laundry service, iron, and hairdryer are available on request.

Cancellation policy
- More than 2 months before date of arrival: 100% deposit refund
- Between 1 & 2 months before date of arrival: 50% deposit refund or we can save 100% of the deposit for another reservation within the same year
- Between 2 & 4 weeks before date of arrival: No refund of the deposit
- Less than 2 weeks before date of arrival: Total balance of the booking needs to be paid and we will issue a receipt for you to claim this back from your insurance
