Description of the apartment
Carihuela Gardens consists of 10 comfortable one-bedroom apartments situated at 50 meters from the Beach and was inaugurated in 2006. The installations include a solarium with sun-beds, an andalusian patio, a lift, courtesy room and reception 7 days a week.
The complex has close circuit security cameras.
Each apartment has its own large private terrace, kitchen with 4 cooking rings, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee pot, toaster etc.
There is air conditioning, heating, TV, radio and internet.
There is a daily cleaning service. Laundry service, iron, and hairdryer are available on request.
All the apartments have bed linen and towels. Towels are changed every second day, sheets twice a week.
Safes are included in the price.

Remarks: 10% TAX not included. Includes daily cleaning. We accept credit card, bank transfer or cash payment. Winter monthly prices (1/11 - 30/04), includes electricity, tax and daily cleaning: ground floor 1185€ and 1st floor 1300€. Check in: 13.00h. Check out: 11.00h.
Cancellation policy:
- More than 2 months before date of arrival: 100% deposit refund
- Between 1 & 2 months before date of arrival: 50% deposit refund or we can save 100% of the deposit for another reservation within the same year
- Between 2 & 4 weeks before date of arrival: No refund of the deposit
- Less than 2 weeks before date of arrival: Total balance of the booking needs to be paid and we will issue a receipt for you to claim this back from your insurance
